From January 9-11, the Bishop-elect visited the Diocese of Brandon to get to know us a little better before she takes up her role on March 1st. She visited the Cathedral, saw her new home at Bishop’s Lodge, and travelled (in the midst of some inclement weather) to Wawanesa, Souris and Virden.
On the Thursday of her visit, there was a meet and greet at St. Mary’s, Brandon, where clergy and lay members of the Diocese were invited to come and spend some time with our new bishop.
